This is a portrait I painted of Lady Gaga.
This painting was made with LOVE. Tons and TONS of love. If you look closely I painted the image with the word “LOVE” in several different languages.
I also used a bajillion different brush types to construct this portrait. Everything was done on one single layer. I just painted over and over and over until things started to look like I wanted it to.
I have no clue how long this took me. I started working on this about a month ago. Thank GOD I am finally finished.
But I want to add that this painting is dedicated to Jamey. He was a 14 year old boy who committed suicide on September 19, 2011 because of bullying. He was gay and he was made fun of because of it. It makes me EXTREMELY sad and angry. No one should ever have to go through what Jamey went through. No one should EVER have to be ashamed of who they are.
